How do I request an order?
Choose your pieces and sizes, add them to your bag, and open the email request. We will review availability and destination with you. A request is neither a payment nor an inventory reservation.
What does the price include?
We show estimated USD prices with a shipping allowance per piece. The final total, taxes, and any import charges are confirmed before payment.
When will my order arrive?
Timing depends on the model, production, and your address. We will confirm an estimated date before payment; pieces may arrive in separate packages.
Do the images show the final product?
The eight images are collection concepts. We will validate models, measurements, materials, and finishes before charging. The Field Notes pen is not included.
