1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the "SelfLove" mobile application (the "App") created by Leo Davs ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
2. HealthKit Data (Apple Health)
SelfLove integrates with Apple's HealthKit to synchronize your meditation sessions.
- What we access: We request permission to write (save) "Mindful Minutes" to your Health app. We may also request to read this data solely to display your progress within the SelfLove App.
- No Data Sharing: We do not use HealthKit data for marketing, advertising, or use-based data mining. Your health data is never shared with third parties or sent to external servers. It remains strictly on your device and within the Apple Health ecosystem.
3. Data We Collect
- Local Data: Your profile name, profile photo, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage methods. We do not have access to this data.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated diagnostic data (crashes, performance metrics) provided automatically by Apple to help us improve the App stability.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
All financial transactions are handled directly by Apple via the App Store. We do not process or store your credit card information. Apple's privacy policy applies to these transactions.

TERMS OF SERVICE (EULA)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
2. Medical Disclaimer
SelfLove is not a medical device. The frequencies, sounds, and meditation techniques provided are for relaxation, entertainment, and mindfulness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- If you have a medical condition (such as epilepsy) or are prone to seizures, consult your physician before using this app.
- Do not use this app while driving or operating heavy machinery.
3. Subscriptions & Trials
- Free Trial: SelfLove offers a 14-day free trial for the Yearly subscription. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, audio clips (Solfeggio frequencies), and software, is the property of the Developer or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
