FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Open Music Tool, enter the Pro area and choose “Restore Purchases”. Keep an internet connection active while Apple and RevenueCat validate the purchase.
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Music Tool to view or cancel your plan. Access continues until the paid period ends.
Confirm you're using the Apple Account that made the purchase, check your connection and use “Restore Purchases”. If the problem continues, contact support with your iPhone model and iOS version; don't send payment information.
Open your saved projects, find the progression and use Delete. This removes the locally stored project from your device.
In the composer, open Export, choose MIDI, WAV or Chord Guide and use the iOS share sheet to save or send the file.
Check device volume, silent mode and the selected audio output. If using headphones, Bluetooth or AirPlay, confirm they're connected. Close any other app that may be controlling audio and try playing again.
Music Tool is a native iPhone app. Exact compatibility will appear on its public App Store listing when available.
