1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Davalos Studio handles information in connection with Selflove: Solfeggio Frequencies (the “App”). SelfLoveapp is a native wellness, meditation and mindfulness experience for iPhone and iOS.
The App is designed to work privately on your device. It does not require an account and does not operate a backend server.
2. Information You Provide
You may optionally enter a name to personalize the App. The name is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Davalos Studio.
If you contact support by email, the information you choose to include in that message is used only to respond to your request. Email communication takes place outside the App.
3. Data Stored Locally
The App stores its functional and personalization data on your device. This can include your optional name, favorite frequencies, recent playback history, mindfulness minutes, reminder preferences, language, playback preferences and other settings.
This local information supports the App experience and is not transmitted to a Davalos Studio server.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit 2. Davalos Studio does not receive or store your payment card details or other payment information.
Apple may maintain purchase and subscription records under its own terms and privacy practices. The App may receive a purchase entitlement from Apple so it can unlock the features you purchased.
5. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not integrate external analytics platforms, advertising networks or advertising identifiers. It does not collect your location and does not sell or share personal information.
The App does not create a remote profile of your listening history, favorites, mindfulness minutes or preferences.
6. Notifications
Morning and evening reminders are scheduled locally through Apple’s iOS notification system. Davalos Studio does not use a remote notification server to send these reminders.
You can change notification permission in iOS Settings and adjust reminder preferences in the App.
7. Widgets
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets may share limited App information through Apple App Groups so the widget can display the content and state you choose to use.
This sharing takes place within Apple’s on-device App Group container and is not transmitted to a Davalos Studio backend.
8. Audio and Video Content
Solfeggio audio and Kaleidoscope Mode videos are included with or stored by the App and play locally on your device. Audio and video playback operate independently so a visual loop does not restart your audio session.
Your playback history, favorites and session activity are not transmitted externally by the App.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is a general wellness experience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. It does not require an account and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Davalos Studio server.
A parent or guardian should supervise use when required by the laws that apply to the user.
10. Security
The App minimizes privacy risk by keeping its functional data on your device and by not operating a backend database for that information.
The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your device, your Apple ID and the protections provided by iOS.
11. Retention and Deletion
Local App information remains on your device until you remove it through available App controls, reset the relevant settings or delete the App. Removing the App generally removes its local container, subject to iOS behavior and any data retained in an Apple App Group.
Subscription and transaction records maintained by Apple are controlled through your Apple account and Apple’s policies.
12. Third-Party Services
The App relies on Apple platform services where needed, including the App Store, StoreKit 2, local notifications, AirPlay, Bluetooth, widgets, App Groups, Live Activities and Dynamic Island.
Apple’s handling of information is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies. The App does not integrate third-party analytics platforms or advertising networks.
13. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, legal requirements or privacy practices. When it changes, the updated version will be made available with a revised “Last updated” date.
14. Your Rights
Privacy rights vary by location. Because Davalos Studio does not operate a backend containing your App profile, there may be no server-side App data for Davalos Studio to access, correct or delete.
