1. Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Selflove: Solfeggio Frequencies (the “App”), provided by Davalos Studio. By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable Apple App Store terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
SelfLoveapp is an iPhone wellness, meditation and mindfulness experience based on Solfeggio-frequency music, sacred geometry and immersive visual sessions.
Features may include local audio playback, Kaleidoscope Mode, favorites, recent playback, mindfulness minutes, reminders, intentions, widgets, Live Activities, Dynamic Island and background sessions.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The App is designed for wellness, relaxation, meditation, contemplation and spiritual experience. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
The App does not provide medical advice or scientifically proven medical treatment. Frequency names and descriptions are part of the creative identity of the library and are not guarantees of health outcomes. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
4. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you can legally agree to these Terms under the laws that apply to you. When parental or guardian consent is required, the parent or guardian is responsible for supervising use of the App.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Available plans, local pricing, currency and included features are displayed in the App Store purchase interface before you confirm a transaction.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit 2. Davalos Studio does not receive or store your payment information.
6. Free Trial
The annual plan may include a 14-day free trial when that offer is available to you. Eligibility and availability are determined through the App Store.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Apple may charge the subscription price shown in the purchase interface and the subscription will continue on an auto-renewing basis.
7. Billing and Renewal
Your Apple ID is charged when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Apple may charge your Apple ID for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to the terms shown by Apple.
8. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or App Store subscription settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access to the subscribed features through that period, subject to Apple’s rules.
9. Refunds
Refund requests and refund decisions are administered by Apple under Apple’s policies. Davalos Studio cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
The App provides a Restore Purchases option so you can ask Apple to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple ID.
10. Changes to Prices
Subscription prices may vary by country, currency, tax treatment and App Store configuration. Current pricing is shown by Apple before purchase.
Any price change is handled in accordance with Apple’s requirements, including any notice or consent Apple requires.
11. License
Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, Davalos Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No ownership interest in the App or its content is transferred to you.
12. Intellectual Property
The App, its software, visual design, sacred-geometry artwork, audio presentation, videos, text, branding and other content are owned by or licensed to Davalos Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, sell, publicly exploit or create unauthorized derivative works from the App or its content.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent purchase controls, reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use it in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
14. Third-Party Services
The App uses Apple platform services such as the App Store, StoreKit 2, AirPlay, Bluetooth, widgets, App Groups, Live Activities, Dynamic Island and local notifications.
Your use of Apple services is governed by Apple’s terms and policies. Davalos Studio is not responsible for the availability or operation of services controlled by Apple.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed wellness outcome.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Davalos Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.
18. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. Davalos Studio may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, legal requirements or discontinuation of the App.
Termination does not independently cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the App, Apple platform requirements or applicable law. An updated version will be made available with an updated effective date where appropriate.
Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence applies.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the applicable Apple terms form the agreement governing your use of the App. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
